- Supported and advised on the successful EUR 1.4 Billion IPO for a European REIT on the Singapore Stock Exchange - Defined and implement an operational turnaround plan including financial measures, process optimization, and operational initiatives to improve EBITDA margin by 15% - Improved Common Equity Tier 1 ratio from 10.1% in 2014 to 12.8% in 2017 as well as the firm-wide return on capital by allocating RWA and Leverage Exposure to the divisions with the highest risk-adjusted returns - Maximized resource efficiency (i.e. capital and liquidity) by 20% and increased group-wide the Pre-Tax-Income by 8%
