Major Achievements

In a large bank, I helped drive the company’s transformation towards digitalisation and more collaborative ways of working, supporting the CEO, the CHRO and the COO, and the organisation through an ambitious change programme and a headquarters move that significantly reshaped the company’s culture. With a team of 15, I led the group internal communication strategy, coordinated the international communication network, modernised channels and practices, and played a hands-on role in change initiatives by equipping managers, anticipating resistance and ensuring consistency while allowing local adaptation. The result was a record high employee engagement index.
