Major Achievements
At Coloplast I was hired to manage the Wound care business and set up all the commercial strategy both for hospital and community market with a strong link with other BU (Incontinence….). I was able in this last position to demonstrate my entrepreneurial skills by creating from scratch the entire business unit, which grew from 2 people to 70 people. One of my strongest achievements was to drive both the prescription (Doctors) and the tender process for Hospitals. I set up all deals with all France hospital and also train my team to negotiate with hospital Pharmacists. The result was in a decreasing market a sales stabilization from -10% to 0% in 2012, gaining effectively market share over the competition.
