I own the end to end responsibility of managing Business operations that develops the Online Product catalogue for BGM & CCC Categories which account for 80% of Flipkart’s Revenue. The role has strategic dimensions of contributing to the entire Product life cycle, with clear and direct impacts on revenue, i.e. Customer Conversion in CCC doubled post a Project on Improving Catalogue Effectiveness, while customer visits in itself grew 67%.
