Eg : HRD and Study Leader for the integration of Bledina (infant nutrition) & Nutrition (medical nutrition) in a combined business unit. 600M€ Net Sales, 1600 employees across 2 Headquarters in France, 3 manufacturing sites, and Retail/ Medical and Pharma field forces. CHRO of Panzani : in charge of the full company scope, I was appointed to create conditions of employees` engagement and performance around our new company strategic platform. (PE-backed company, owned by CVC, LBO project. Iconic food brand in France, with strong leadership on all its product categories -pasta, sauces, couscous & semolina- 800 employees across headquarter in Lyon, 6 production sites, 2 warehouses, R&D center, 2 field forces (retail & AFH) - Net Sales 2023: 586M€)
