In her role as International Talent Acquisition Director, France is in charge of the candidates' side of the business, including the international sourcing of the candidates, the iCEO vetting process and the online promotion of our iCEOs.

Before joining CEO Worldwide, France had acquired international experience within Motorola and Siemens (mobile phone business) where she was the Communication Manager for 7 years.
She then decided to start her own company, Les 100 ciels, a multi disciplinary communication agency. Les 100 ciels specialized in the High Tech industry, which included more than 200 clients over a 13 year period, clients such as HP, Motorola, Infineon, Colt, and VistaPrint. At the same time, she also created an International PR independent agencies network.
France holds a Ph.D in German and a Post Masters Degree in Information & Communication Technologies at Higher Education Establishment Information & Com (Sorbonne- celsa).
