Key Responsibilities
The General Manager will be the driving force behind The Company’s operational performance and strategic direction. This pivotal role oversees a diverse portfolio encompassing manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, project delivery, commercial services, and corporate functions. The General Manager will lead the execution of The Company’s ambitious growth plans, ensuring commercial success, operational efficiency, and a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of The Company’s strategic and operational plans, aligning with the organization’s long-term vision and growth objectives.
• Commercial Growth: Drive revenue growth, market diversification, and sustained profitability through innovative strategies and customer-focused solutions.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee end-to-end operations, including manufacturing, project delivery, supply chain, sales, and Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) functions, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
• Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives to achieve strong financial performance and meet KPIs.
• People Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing senior leadership team and workforce, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture long-term customer partnerships and engage with key stakeholders to enhance The Company’s reputation and market position.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and safety standards, maintaining The Company’s commitment to operational integrity.
• Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management and business resilience strategies to safeguard the organization’s future.
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of 10 years in executive or general management roles, with a focus on operational leadership.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-functional teams across manufacturing, supply chain, or project delivery.
• Strong background in heavy industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
• Exceptional financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on building high-performing teams and positive workplace cultures.
• Customer-centric mindset, with a collaborative approach to stakeholder management and engagement.
