Michael Liebs - CTO

Michael is the chief technology officer (CTO) of CEO Worldwide, with a primary responsibility to create an exceptional user experience for our registered iCEOs and our clients. He is in charge of the website itself, as well as the backend with its database of 17,900 vetted executives.

He works very closely with the rest of the team to provide the technical support needed for our international executive search service. Other duties involve the management of our external technical services, such as website hosting, CDN setup, and SEO.

His career started in 2001 working for a start-up in Berlin, being responsible for frontend development. He then started his own company offering various webservices to his clients. He joined CEO Worldwide in 2006 and became CTO in 2008.

Michael studied economy and politics at the University of Marburg but soon decided that his future would lie in informatics and computer technology. He attended a private computer college and holds a degree in computer programming.
