International Interim Management
With its international interim management offering, CEO Worldwide provides executive recruitment in its most flexible form. You can choose between interim management or permanent executive recruitment, or you can turn an initial interim management agreement into a permanent position at your convenience. In the first phase, our international recruiting agency signs a service contract with you and takes care of all administrative issues relating to the placement of the interim manager.
Our daily updated managers pool of 12,613 interim managers enables us to respond to your international executive needs in a matter of days in 180 countries. You will receive, in less than a week, a free first selection of in-house certified executives with their respective CV, pitch, references, monthly fees expectations, and availability.
We will organize the interviews (skype and/or face to face) for you with the interim managers you select. Once you decide to hire one of the interviewed executives, we send you our standard interim management assignment agreement and you have the option to:
• Manage your selected interim manager directly without further implication of CEO Worldwide (except if you want to outsource the monthly invoicing/payment workflow between you, the candidate and CEO Worldwide). If you choose this option, we apply a fixed fee (see fixed fees pricing by region) at the beginning of the interim management assignment. This waives you from any further obligations to CEO Worldwide and gives you the possibility of directly managing your interim manager (extending, modifying or stopping the assignment at any time, or offering a permanent position to the interim candidate at any time) without any further cost to you.
• Or, outsource the set up and the monthly management of the two back to back agreements respectively with our clients and with our interim candidates to CEO Worldwide. Once the two agreements are signed, we proceed, at the end of each month, with the payment of the interim managers and we invoice our clients the cost of the interim managers (including fiscal, social and other employment charges) plus our 15% fee. There would be no administrative burden for you! Our standard interim management agreement includes a 7 day notice period so that you can stop the assignment at any time without any additional cost! In the event our clients wish to recruit the interim candidate into a permanent position, a digressive percentage fee of the annual gross salary will be charged by CEO Worldwide. (Except if the candidate is being recruited permanently after a 12 month assignment period. In that case, no digressive fees will apply.)
