Assignment:
The company is looking for a Chief AI Officer to set up and lead the new Artificial Intelligence division, where they will build, develop and mentor a team who will work to integrate AI technologies into existing products and services.

Objectives:
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy

- Identify opportunities for AI innovation and integration across various company-wide products and services.

- Building lead a team of AI professionals

- Develop training and development programs

- Oversee the design, development and deployment of AI solutions

- Work closely with key stakeholders to align AI initiatives with broader company objectives.

- Communicate AI strategies, initiatives, and outcomes effectively across the business

- Be aware of the ethical application of AI, and the legal regulations and industry standards.

- Assert policies and protocols to manage AI ethics, privacy, and security concerns.
