Assignment:
Our client is looking for an interim CFO to undertake all aspects of financial management (with 15-20 finance team) including financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

Objectives:
- Provide strategic financial guidance and support during this interim period.

- Streamline and optimise the finance function, including systems, processes, controls, and reporting, to meet short-term and mid-term objectives.

- Lead the implementation of robust financial controls and drive immediate improvement initiatives.

- Prepare and deliver concise monthly performance reports offering actionable insights and recommendations for immediate impact.

- Manage working capital and cash flow effectively to ensure financial stability and support the company`s short-term and mid-term objectives.

- Provide interim mentorship and leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
