Main actions: change of the 3 top managers, change of all strategic suppliers, introduction of a new electronic supply chain monitoring through advanced Handle PCs for the sales on board, expansion in new strategic business areas through a partnership approach with our customer(e.g.: we introduced 4 service levels and new trolleys with coffee machines to serve the first 3 classes while sitting with differentiated services closing the restaurants; acquired all VIP lounges in central stations; up-grading of all services).
