Manage seven very high caliber partners (ex-CEO and vice presidents) and a knowledge network of subject matter experts. Lead a US$100 million dollar e-government and digital transformation project with 200+ consultants and project staff. (Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah e-government project and the Digital Economy Project (DEP is an Integrated Regional Sustainable Development Framework built around the concept of strategic alignment of private, public and NGO sectors to achieve sustainable growth of private sector driven economy, developed and launched under the sponsorship of HRH Prince Mugrin bin Abdulaziz).
