Major Achievements
President – CEO of a company in the Food industry (Coffee roaster)- Dimension : Turnover 47 M € - 140 Employees (including controlled companies in SLO, HR). The company is part of an Austrian Holding leader in the sector, it is in the Italian market with important brands connected to Ho.re.ca and Vending channels. My position as manager was aimed at guiding the company through a complete renewal and transformation process to bring a constant future growth sustained by suitable organizations. The aim, carried out via a merger was to unite and integrate various companies at a structural, organisational and management levels into a single company, in a new site that I identified and purchased. Other than the institutional tasks of the position, I am involved in coordination and control of the objectives set for each area of responsibility for the Group management organisation. The operative side of my role is focused on the growth process. This develops through the sales networks, aquisition of competitor companies, negotiation and finalizing contracts. Reporting to the Holding CEO and maintaining maximum discretion in decision making and in investment, my total activities are measured on the basis of reaching the profit budgets for the managed companies. • Presented with approval of the holding a 3 years development plan and a the new Board proposal • Respected budget for the merger project of 3 production plant. Savings of € 1,0 Mio./year • Promoted activities on order to create a new corporate identity and a “best in class” hands-on mentality • Yearly organic growth of sales by 4 % and introduction of an new sales agents customers acquisition performance controll model. • Yearly reduction of the operating costs by 5% also through outsourcing. • Targeted, acquired and integrated competitors for transaction values of € 11,0 Mio. • Targeted and negotiated real estate objects for € 17,0 Mio. • Reached 25 % of Ebitda.
