Major Achievements

• Overall project manager who lead strategy-setting, planning and execution (and compliance monitoring) of developed recommendations for system and process overhauls /enhancements needed under a project type set-up (i.e. SAP Hierarchy Implementation and FA Register Asset Reconstruction) and other major housekeeping activities (i.e. Project Dino/Darwin) – second level significant parts component accounting conversion of Fixed Assets Register. • Trailblazing and pioneering delivery of FA management processes such as the creation of Mobile Asset Tracking System or ‘Dash’ as mobile web portal based automated facility replacement for manual Fixed Asset Transfer Advice (FATA) process. • Compelling, complete, relevant, accurate and timely more detailed EUL and Impairment proposals and recommendations to management (i.e. Senior Executive Group specifically those requiring major adjustments. This review entailed a complete review of priority assets at immediate risk of EUL acceleration/impairment such as server based assets.
