This involved taking the lead in the design of the services and navigating the organization to achieve the delivery of profitable results in line with financial expectations. Office Supplies - Logistics & Operations Director, 1997-1998 I had full responsibility and accountability to re-engineer the B2B and B2C processes, to reduce the cost of operations and to increase productivity and effectiveness. I delivered a mechanism that processed 720 orders instead of 44, yielding dramatic increase in profitability and customer satisfaction. This in turn increased the index of fulfillment - completeness and accuracy of orders - to 92% from 67%. Management & Marketing Consultants - Senior Business Operations Consultant, 1994-1997 Being the Project Manager of the project “Integrated Warehouse Management System”, I designed and supervised the full scale Implementation of a Location and Lot Controlled Warehouse Management System in Greece. Steel Manufacturer, I.T. & Logistics Manager, 1991-1993 As IT & Operations Supervisor of the “Packing List Project”, I successfully designed and implemented a semi-automated system to monitor manufacturing, dispatching and distribution of electricity poles to 2,500 sites in Iran. The project was 100% accurate with no flaws and generated a profit of 2,500,000 USD. We were acting as subcontractors to SAD/AEG Germany.
