2011-2013: For two years of successful management of the entity, sales of equipment and services increased from GBP 7 Mio to GBP 35 Mio. In 2013, Smiths Detection Russia and CIS office received award from the President of Smiths Detection as The Best Entity in Smiths Detection worldwide organization. Local office organization was restructured in accordance to the developed clear business strategy (short and long-term) with focus on sales growth, Russian staff increased from 35 to 75 people; has been increased number of distribution channels (exclusive and non-exclusive) and number of end-customers in Russia and CIS. Market share of Smiths Detection in Russia increased from 45% to 70%. Signed big contracts to supply equipment for the Sochi-2014 Winter Olympic Games, for the Summer Universiade in Kazan-2013, Federal Customs Service (protection of the Russian borders), Russian Aviation Agency and Lukoil (protect mining sites). 2008-2010: Building own business with capitalization of USD 50 Mio+ during 2 years.
