I am an experienced business advisor and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Broadway Industrial Group, a public-listed packaging company based in Asia. I served as Executive Director of a main-board listed company in Singapore for 16 years. After being the Senior Advisor for the Group for 3 years, I remain on the board as a non-executive director.

Major Achievements

During my tenure of over 30 years with the listed company I was spearheading the group’s Foam business development across Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and China. I am instrumental in negotiating and forming the various joint-ventures and strategic partnerships with international companies from US, Europe and Japan, to build an extensive international customer base for the business. Having setup several operations from scratch (Greenfield setup) in Asia, I have a breadth of knowledge of business spanning from company setup, market survey, localizing the workforce, working with the local authorities and managing local resources and businesses. From my more than 16 years living and working in Shanghai, I built an extensive business and social network and possesses a deep insight on doing business in China
