• Directed a complement of integrated staff and in house consultants of over1000 members, consisting of project engineers/managers, construction supervisors, designers, schedulers, cost controllers, communications staff and planners. • Directed the operation of 7 departments, the Engineering, Construction, Capital Programming, Third party and Property, the Toronto York Spadina Subway, the Yonge Subway Extension and the Scarborough Subway. • Managed the delivery of $10B, ten year complex capital program with over 300 projects including State of Good Repair and Assets Management Projects such as roofing, on grade pavement, structural and tunnel repair, equipment replacement, elevators/ escalators, bus garages, LRT car house, in addition to subway expansion projects.
