Accomplished senior-level executive with a 26 year track record of strategic and operational leadership in various roles in Aerospace and Energy Industry with extensive international experience and networks developed across different cultures in Asia and Europe.
Accountable for developing the India country strategy, delivering the Engineering/Supply Chain footprint and securing capability in the country for an Aerospace major. Responsible for operating the 100% own subsidiary of the Parent company in India having full Planning, Operating, Finance, HR, HSE and CSR/Branding responsibility. Controlled $ 100 million annual spend in the country and managed a capacity of 2000 + engineers in India for various Aerospce programs through own centres/strategic in country partners. Reporting to the Board of Directors
