UK life insurer · Set up of Group occupational pensions in Germany (budget in excess of Euro 20m) top tier UK fund manager · Set up of a European distribution and servicing entity (budget +Euro 10m) · Successful turn around of the existing non performing programme ○ Establishment and implementation of a comprehensive delivery and roll out plan including e-commerce, client services, CRM, business process engineering, marketing and sales, offices in Germany and Italy · Strategic analysis and business case for outsourcing/trade sale of UK administrative services (staff 500+ with cost base in excess of £50m) leading to subsequent sale of those services consortium of major global investment banks · Accountable to CEO for the creation of a derivatives exchange in the USA o Delivery of Exchange rules and regulation leading to successful CFTC submission o Negotiation of firm market making commitment with major international investment banks o Initiated capital raising with major FCM industry participants outside the consortium Investment bank o Carried audit due diligence leading to purchase of a Danish Internet broker Exchange Managing 100 staff and a budget of £10m, accountable for all product development and global marketing of Liffe products (equity, interest rate and commodity derivatives). o Developed business strategy and resulting systems strategy
