Combining an engineering degree together with an INSEAD MBA, I love to build and develop businesses, brands, innovations and teams in order to drive sustainable growth and convenience for consumers. This defines my 20 years of career, where I thrived in commercial and brand management roles in France, EMEA, China and Asia, in major multinationals in the energy and consumer healthcare sectors.
I turned around a declining business in China, and generated continuous double digit growth for 3 years, doubling the size of the business to reach 120M$. To achieve this, I drove 3 strategic initiatives: 1/ Business Model transformation: moved a traditional B2B and brick & mortar business into a flexible multichannel one. 2/ Consumer focused brand build up: made our brand the most searched one in the market, using a category creation approach, rather than a competitive approach. 3/ People inclusion: integrated internal and external marketing, digital and trade teams to ensure efficiencies, smooth operational processes and cost reduction.
