I was Senior Vice President & CFO , responsible for business development of SANITEC. I initiated and managed the international expansion, the international production network, as well as the IPO of the Group. As Vice President Finance of REXEL, PPR Group, I implemented the financial organization required for a company which had grown very rapidly in the international Business to Business markets. Over the last years I managed acquisitions and divestments, principally in North America and Europe. I reorganized and strengthened the financial structure of the Group.
