Among other things, I was the key driver/influencer of a pivot in APAC program rollout strategy, to ensure 100% dealership coverage of the new CX program within the same year (vs. earlier est. 2-3 years). Some other noteworthy highlights of my experience are: At Zykrr, creating afresh standardized tiered solution suites, uniquely priced by client industry/use-case; driving 25% m-o-m growth in usage and billing of our pay-per-use offering at Fastlane; 85% reduction in waste, improvements in processes and workflow while at Nielsen; starting a 26-mem offshore PMO from scratch (to replace 220 odd PMs globally) at Kantar, and so on...
