Multiple sector companies from Coatings/Chemicals to Concrete/Cement/Building Materials to Testing Laboratories. Locations resided/worked out of include UK, UAE, Saudi, Hong Kong China.
1. Achieved 150% EBITDA growth and significant sales growth (from 80M to $200M+) for coatings group within four years. 2. Rebuilt organisation after a destructive fire wiped out the primary manufacturing facility. Before the fire, the company had a global ranking of 250, and within 18 months after the incident, it improved to number 65. 3. Completed SAR1.2B Project that had stalled for several years within 12 months, with significant cost reductions including one material adjustment saving SAR25M (£5M).
