Founder and Ex CEO of G2G dairy, a greek yogurt business, successfully launched the brands Yopolis and Yopo in major retail outlets in Egypt. I`ve managed the project from idea phase all the way to retail shelves, passing through raising capital, team recruitment, factory preparation, installation and commissioning, branding, route to market and all legal aspects.

Major Achievements

As the Operations Director and Exco member of a greenfield automotive plant, I took the project from an empty piece of land to a company selling brake calipers to Daimler Chrysler, Audi, VW, GM, and Ford in Germany, and to Land Rover in the UK leading a team of 500 staff and operators over a 24/7 operation. The major challenges were meeting the very demanding German automotive technical standards, as well as shifting the mindset of the team to meet this of the global automotive environment.
