I was the 2nd Employee and part of the core team that built a NBFC from scratch. I was also the CEO of a MSME Lending NBFC with 5 Cr capital for 5 years.

Major Achievements

In my role as Product Head of Gold Loans, I was managing a 300 Cr+ book with 60+ branches & increased the profitability of the product by 3x. I achieved a book growth of 3x while increasing the lender base by 5x and reducing cost of funds by 600 bps.I also launched the Small Ticket Loan against Property product and built a 20 Cr book from scratch.
