Complete business turnaround from loss to profitability within a span of four years by restructuring the business, divesting nonperforming units and expansion of product/ service offering. The business was in rubber industry, employing a total of 380 full time equivalent employees. Engaging people, driving lean thinking, focusing and optimizing Safety/ Quality / Cost & Delivery and personally driving marketing / business development initiatives were my main contributions.
