Insecticides increased19.75% Herbicides Increased by 5.83% and Fungicides by 1.1% (2023 sales) •Acted as the new product developing master to lead the LPCT (Local Product Concept Team by Corteva)/CPS (Create Product Success by Dow AgroSciences) process, integrated the R&D team, RAS team, and supply chain team for cross-departmental coordination, and successfully registered/developed new products, and we still have >5 robust product concepts in the pipeline to sustain the company`s next 10 years of growth. •Reformed/managed the urban pest (Sentricon) business for Taiwan & Hong Kong introducing new active ingredients and formulations into markets to sustain urban pest business growth and margin improvement. •Led promoter team to Initiate the promotion campaign to stimulate sales momentum to guarantee delivery of sales objective commitment, and constructed digital customer engagement program to reach new generation customers to sustain our business succession strategy, performing the best ROI of the business.
