Led from the front a breakthrough product development project for Copper chromite catalyst targeted at fatty alcohol market, in close coordination with R&D and Process Engineering functions. Steered the product development effort from concept to scale-up and commercialization with India`s leading customer for this catalyst and subsequently spearheaded bulk supplies to this client. Successfully launched Vanadium Pentoxide catalyst globally targeted at Sulphuric acid manufacturers and the Fertilizer segment.  Sealed an INR 220 crore ($27.5 million) 3 year contract for organic chemical intermediate with a large global MNC producing one of the most popular and largest selling brands worldwide in the healthcare sector.  Successfully led performing sales teams, launched products and built brands.
