I have an extensive automotive experience of 25 years , out of which around 10 years in managing a unit. I have been into manufaturing for all these years. I manage a unit with P&L responsibility in addition to handling Business Development, Supply Chain and Project management. Business Development remains my core though.

Major Achievements

I used to work for an Amercian Mutinational which had a joint venture with a Korean MNC. During separation in 2014, due to utter confusion of roles, most of the people left. I took the charge as a business unit head. Over the last 10 years, we have grwon at a CAGR of 30%. I have lead from the front and done cost cutting in various aera to increase the EBITDA. I have been instrumental in reducing the employees turnover.
