Assignment:
The company is looking for an experienced Vice President of Human Resources to oversee all aspects of HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee engagement and development and HR compliance.
The Vice President will be the HR Business Partner to the company leadership and the employee champion.

Objectives:
- Collaborate, as the HR Business Partner, with the company business leaders to understand organizational goals and implement HR strategies to support the business while engaging and developing employees.

- Lead the talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding, to attract and retain top talent.

- Oversee employee relations activities, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, ad compliance matters.

- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting and KPIs, performance reviews and career development planning.

- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to ensure alignment with industry standards and employee needs.

- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, capabilities, and engagement.

- Chair the Diversity & Inclusion Committee in alignment with the company standards.

- Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion through the organization, promoting equal opportunities and a respectful work environment.

- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local employment laws and regulations.

- Collaborate with senior management to address organizational challenges and drive positive change initiatives.
