In his role as CEO Worldwide’s International Recruitment Director, Karim combines International Executives temporary and permanent recruitment experience with a strong expertise of CEO Worldwide e-services platform.

Karim joined CEO Worldwide as project manager to deal with international client support and business development. He has actively participated in the current success of CEO Worldwide and has always demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Prior to his promotion as International Recruitment Director in 2010, he played an active role within the team of CEO Worldwide regarding the recruitment and follow up of senior and functional top management level positions, mainly for international corporations in different industry sectors and based in more than 20 different countries (Europe, North America, Asia, Africa).

Karim holds a French degree in Chemistry (Université Sciences et technologies de Lille 2004) and a MA in Business Studies (Institut d' Administrationdes Entreprises de Valenciennes in 2006).
