We approached CEO Worldwide in late January 2006 to assist us in filling the position for an interim CEO at Addis, our subsidiary in the UK. I received first CVs by February 12th and was able to define a short list of candidates.
A personal interview session was coordinated in London with the four candidates of my choice, together with the CEO Worldwide partner, who did all the necessary preparations and moderated the interviews.
The required negotiation was successfully completed and I was able to make a final decision for the candidate of my choice by the beginning of March.
